At Essentially Kookie, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Our Store Policies
50% non-refundable deposit is due on all orders at time of fabric selection.
Finale payment is due upon completion. If order is not paid for or arrangements made your item will be eligible for general sale two weeks after your order is completed.
We are a one women show that strives to provide the best customer service possible. If you need this order for a specific date, please note it in the delivery date. If no date is noted it will be worked into the schedule as seen fit by the seamstress. Date adjustments is subject to the response time of fitting and work load. Thank you for your understanding.
Our Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS with insurance and tracking.  If the order is lost, damaged or undelivered it is the customers responsibility to notify us.  We will work with you and the USPS to resolve the issue best as possible.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are finale and no cash/ credit refunds will be given.
We will do a free alteration with in 30 days of purchased to ensure a comfortable fit. Any alteration request after 30 days will be done for a fee.
The item must unworn and free from any damage or alterations for the exchange to be accepted.

Trade Up
Garments eligible the Trade Up program must $75.00. Â The garment must be in like new condition with not alteration made. Â Accessories are not eligible for this program. The garment can be keep up to 12 consecutive months before it is Traded Up for a new garment. Â Return shipping is free.
Trade Up credit amount:
$75.00 - $100.00 credit: $15.00
$101.00 - $200.00 credit: $20.00
$200.00 - $300.00 credit: $25.00
